Here’s to another wedding brought to you by the connections made at my day job. Brittany and Damion said “I do” in an intimate ceremony with family and close friends and had the most gorgeous Canopy by Hilton Hotel Wedding.
Brittany’s Matron of Honor, Stephanie, works at my day job and I’ve had the pleasure of working on many many projects with her over the last five years. When she reached out me with her cousin’s wedding plans I felt like I had to be their photographer. They originally planned to get married in Georgia but with the restrictions of COVID they felt it was best to move the wedding to Charlotte (which will become their home soon).
Their day started out slow, taking in the day and spending time with their bridal party getting ready for the moment in which the two would become one. I had a blast hanging out with the girls and photographing her details. Then I went to hang out with the guys and get Damion’s getting ready shots. You know how guys can be all tough and macho, well it took one joke for this crew to crack a smile and that’s all I got.
I had so much fun with this group and it was such a gorgeous day I was super grateful for the connections that gave me the opportunity to be a part of their special day! Congratulations to you, Brittany and Damion! I hope you have a life full of laughter and love!
