Okay, holy cow. The HTP Alumni Retreat at The Noelle in Nashville was one of the best weekends I’ve had for my business ever. I learned so much and made actual goals for my business for a plan to grow and start becoming an educator in the industry.
What is the HTP Alumni Retreat? Well, in May of 2017 I attended a two day workshop with Hope Taylor. She taught us all about wedding workflows, and senior rep programs. You can check out the recap blog here! After the workshop, you’re added to a private Facebook HTP workshop Alumni group with lots of other like minded business sisters to share ideas and ask each other questions. It’s literally the best Facebook group I’ve ever been a part of. Everyone is so encouraging and uplifting to one another.
This was the second year that Hope hosted an alumni retreat where 25 of us can get together to brainstorm, chat and grow from one another. Last year’s retreat was in Charleston (the biggest case of FOMO ever!), and this year it was in Nashville! Nashville has a piece of my heart and it’s one of my absolute favorite cities so I signed up for the retreat almost immediately! Take all my money, lol.
The weekend started with a dinner at the George Jones Museum and then a late night chat and desserts for some heart to heart conversation. Saturday we spent all day learning from Hope and many more wonderful conversations and sharing ideas on how to push our businesses further and break into education. My notebook was full of notes! Then we spent most of the afternoon having one on one time with Hope to get real action items and goals set specifically for ourselves, she took updated headshots for each of us all while were participating in a styled shoot. Y’all this styled shoot was SO dreamy with the help of all the amazing vendors!! Sunday morning we woke up and all went to Henrietta Red for brunch before we all parted and headed back to our own states and towns.
Shout out to all of you amazing people:

I had the best time, exploring the city and spending precious time with old friends while making new friends! If you need someone new to learn from to help push you and help you grow your business, you need to meet Hope Taylor! I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped me grow in the last year and a half! 🙂 Also, if you’re ever in the Nashville area, you HAVE to stay The Noelle in Nashville. It is the most beautiful boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the people and employees were incredibly kind and helpful for everything! Enjoy some behind the scenes pictures and my images from the amazing styled shoot!
Here are some of Hope’s behind the scenes pictures and some headshots 😉
And of course, we all took pictures of each other so here are some from other photographers!
